On May 13, 2021, Manitoba Public Health officials advised Henderson Elementary School of at least one confirmed case of COVID-19 in the school in Grade 4-5 Cohort and Grade K-3 on May 5-7, 2021 when the individual(s) may have been infectious. The school will re-open Friday, May 14th for students and staff who have not been identified as close contacts.

School administration is working closely with public health officials and following their recommendations. Close contacts have been identified and advised to self-isolate along with their household members.
